What a great weekend! I went up with Kelsey to her parents house to help Lynn with her Scentsy Launch party! It was a good start to her business on Saturday! Really nice. Then Kels and I went to Tip a Cop at Red Robin that supports Special Olympics of Oregon! The highlight of the day was the Mr./Ms. CVHS pageant. We went in support of Michael Trujillo. He helps me coach basketball and usually plays softball (he is playing baseball for CV since this is his senior year). What an amazing event. It just warms my heart to see young people going above and beyond the "normal expectations" of them. They raised over $60,000 for Jackson Street Youth Shelter, Oldmill and Sacred Heart down in Eugene! What a great event and a great way to end my Saturday.

Sunday I went to the Tulip Festival in Woodburn, OR with some great friends. I remember going to the Tulip Festival up in Washington growing up but have never been to the Woodburn one. It was a beautiful day and the festival had so many things to do. Bouncy houses, pony rides, play grounds and tractor rides for the kids and a beer/wine garden for the adults (we brought kids so we didn't do the gardens...maybe next year). Oh and did i mention millions of tulips all shapes, sizes and colors! It was beautiful!! here are some pictures of the great day!!

So this weekend I was suppose to go up to Seattle, but with car problems again, i decided against it. So that left me with no plans...yesterday i went to the gym and got stuck watching 16 and pregnant. WOW! Those girls are so young. I am so thankful that i didn't get pregnant that young. It is really hard in general to be a parent but when you your self are still a "kid" it is a millions times harder and you have lots of different pressures. I am also thankful that i am going to be older and more mature when i start having kids. Sometimes (okay a lot of the time) i get pretty sad that i haven't started a family yet. But just by watching that show it makes me thankful that i haven't. Because i know that it is a great responsibility and very very hard. I want to have a husband there to support me and not have to do it all alone! I will have a family one day and it will be prefect, so i just need to wait for it and not get overly anxious. :)

I hope everyone had a great weekend! Yahoo! Summer is getting closer :)

The car is back! Thank goodness! I am a very independent person and I really really hate relying on others. For anything, and this last week and a half I have had to rely on several people for several things. I am so grateful that I have amazing family and friends that are there for me no matter what the problem!

I know that I wouldn't be the person I am today if it weren't for my family and friends. I feel so blessed to have people in my life that are willing to stop whatever they are doing, or go out of their way to help me. Here are some examples of how everyone helped me out!

When I found out how much my car was going to cost, I had an anxiety attack I am sure of it. I called my dad and told him the deal and how much i could come up with. In a heart beat he said he would talk to mom and we would figure out how to come up with the rest!! Family - you can't live without them that is for sure!!

My friend Kelsey picked me up and took me with her to her parents house to take my mind off of what was going on. She did a great job, because i honestly didn't think about it until we were going to bed that night!!

My sister came and took me grocery shopping (even though she was moving in two days and had a ton of stuff to do) so i would have groceries all week.

Tony took me to and from work for 5 days. He even took me to Local Boys one day because i was sick of making food!!

My friend Renee offered me here car while she was at work so I could run errands. My friend Dawn also offered me one of her families "spare" cars while mine was in the shop.

So many kind people in my life! I LOVE IT!

Thank you all so much. You keep me sane!

Happy Easter everyone!

What a great weekend I have had! It started out with my parents picking me up on friday evening on their way up to my grandparents house. We all went out to the farm. My parents left Saturday morning early to take my sister a bunch of her stuff up in Seattle. I was able to borrow their car since they took my grandparents truck up. Saturday night was my friend Rhonda's Surprise 50th bday party! What a blast! So fun! Thank you Rhonda for making me dance! LOVED it!

Went to a beautiful Easter Service with my grandparents this morning and then had a yummy lunch! Still so full!! Dad came back down from Seattle today at lunch and then brought me home, he is headed back down to Medford (he has work), while my mom will be up with Steph for the week, I am headed up Friday to see her new place and then bring mom back with me on Sunday. Cant wait to see her new "life"! So exciting for her!

In case you all haven't heard she got accepted into Macy's executive training program, which starts in June, but was able to get a job for the in between time (she graduated at the end of March from OSU in Fashion Merchandising). So she is up in Seattle all ready! Yahoo! We are so proud of her.

Well the car is still in the shop and hopefully (cross your fingers) is ready Monday. I have a busy week of getting the Special Olympics Summer coaches the medical packets for their first practices so i really really need my car!!

Well i am off to watch New Moon again (probably like my 10th time now hehehe) and sort medical packets!

I am so thankful for my amazing family and friends! LOVE YOU ALL, and Happy Easter!
